Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unwashed garments with tags still attached into the reusable shipping bag and secure it for transport.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
